Use the dial-in option as your audio input and output source if you are experiencing audio issues with your computer’s mic or speakers.
1. Navigate to audio (mic icon) on the bottom left corner of your meeting/webinar screen.
2. Select Switch to Phone Audio.
3. With your phone, dial one of the available numbers. Enter the Meeting ID and Participant ID when prompted.
4. If you encounter any issues, leave the meeting and rejoin first by using the dial-in numbers listed in the Zoom invitation. Once your audio is connected, join the meeting through your computer and connect your dial-in audio with your video using steps 1—3.
