Experiential learning is a key focus of the groundbreaking graduate and
undergraduate marketing program offered at Fordham’s Gabelli School of
Business. The GenJam 2025 coached competition challenged students to
create advertising campaigns using Generative AI tools. From producing
scripts to incorporating AI-generated images, music, and voiceovers, they
mastered the techniques of developing persuasive advertising, while
showcasing the incredible benefits of enrolling in the Gabelli School’s

We are thrilled to announce that the Gabelli School of Business made substantial gains in the 2025 U.S. News and World Report’s, Best Graduate Schools, Best Business Schools Rankings. The School’s Full-time M.B.A. and overall ranking was 58 (tie), an increase of 4; the Professional (Part-time) M.B.A. ranked 88 (tie); the Executive M.B.A. ranked 13, an increase of 5. Five M.B.A. concentrations ranked in the top-20, including Accounting, which ranked 10, an increase of 4; Entrepreneurship, which ranked 13 (tie); Finance, which ranked 12, an increase of 4; International Business, which ranked 10 (tie), an increase of 3; and Marketing, which ranked 14 (tie). The Undergraduate Dean's Council of the Gabelli Sc

The Undergraduate Dean's Council of the Gabelli School of Business at Lincoln Center (LC) is a group of student leaders who assist in enhancing the Gabelli School experience through their actions on behalf of the school community and by offering ideas to the assistant deans on ways in which to better serve the needs of the students.

On April 2, the Council organized a networking session during which graduating seniors met with sophomores and juniors in focus groups and shared their experiences about gaining internships and jobs after graduation.

Ice cream and brownies helped to sweeten the evening for all who attended..!!

Gabelli School PMBA students Know How to Have Fun—Even on a Busy Schedule! Between company visits and insightful sessions with executives from numerous industries, our PMBA students still managed to make time for culture, cuisine, and connection.

During a Tapas Cooking Class in Barcelona, students split into five groups to learn how to prepare classic Spanish dishes—including tortilla española (Spanish omelette), gazpacho, and even paella. Thanks to great teamwork and collaboration, the results were not only delicious but also deeply rewarding. The class concluded with a shared dinner, where everyone enjoyed the fruits of their labor together.

As the final stop on their company visit schedule, the students toured Familia Torres Winery—one of the oldest and most renowned wineries in Catalonia. There, they explored the rich history and heritage of this family-owned business, gained insight into its unique business model, toured its stunning facilities, and topped off the experience with a tasting in the winery’s impressive museum.

The group celebrated the end of a fantastic Immersion Program in Barcelona with a wonderful farewell dinner, reflecting on the incredible memories they created together.

Gabelli School students spent spring break in Sene

Gabelli School students spent spring break in Senegal, working with young Senegalese entrepreneurs to build and grow their startups. In addition to engaging with these entrepreneurs, students had the opportunity to participate in high-level visits including one with the mayor of the city of Rufisque, one of the major cities in Senegal, and one with key staff at the U.S. Embassy in the capital city of Dakar. Students also visited a major new technology park being built in the country. Many thanks to Dennis Hanno, Ph.D., associate clinical professor, Leading People and Organizations; and Hanaa Fawzy, assistant dean of global initiatives and partnerships for co-leading this incredible global immersion.

This year’s schedule for the Gabelli School’s Annual International Business Week (IBW) has just been announced. It will feature three exciting sessions and two site visits that will focus on diverse aspects of global business, and will feature speakers and panelists from across five continents!
For the duration of the week (Monday, March 31 – Friday, April 4), Gabelli students will have the opportunity to learn about international business, economics, politics, and culture. To amplify the international focus of the programming, the lobby of Hughes Hall will be decorated with flags representing countries around the world. Learn More and Join Sessions
